Description
A casing scraper mainly used to clean off mud, hard wax, salt crust, perforation burrs and similar deposits.
Structure

Operation
The gouging tool is usually connected below the tubing string or drill stem. When it reaches the section to be scraped, rotate forward while slowly lowering the string, then pick up and scrape repeatedly. Wash the well thoroughly after the job.
